The vortech is a good blower. The kit above is the one I would jump on if wanted one. Black Ann. Kit..

They had some early pulley alignment issues (mine was kit #25), but all appears to be ironed out now. Am considering a slight upgrade with the release of their open element kit. Vortech is claiming 20-40 HP because the mod allows another psi of boost...pretty sweet.

FOLKS! If you ever wanted to install a blower, this is a FANTASTIC deal! I have this exact same kit installed and it was in the mid-$5K range to buy, so $4K is a steal! You will not be disappointed. I dynode my bone stock 2011 GT 6 speed and rear wheel was 373 HP. Just adding the kit and custom Vortech tune kicked out 496 RWH with not tuning or other mods. With just a bit of tuning and the open element kit from Vortech easy 550RWH is attainable.
