hurst shifter

Ok time to upgrade the stock shifter. Wife would kill me if I spent the kinda money that barton and mgw want. Sooooo I was wondering about the hurst. Love the look but want performance over styling. Anyone have one? Any problems?

I have a hurst and love the look and performance. I had one on my 06 too.

Has anyone installed the barton shifter? Or the hurst shifter for the 6 speed manual trans? Just wondering how much it improves the stock shifts

Manual 6 speed

Granted mine is a 5 speed but it shortened the throw almost half the distance

Had the Barton with bracket. Was great. Shorter and more accurate shifter. Reverse is hard to get at first but does get easier after going in it a few times.

This will probably be my next upgrade also. And for me price is a big deal also. You mentioned price so I was wondering about these AM. Super cheap and they look a lot like the Steeda, which I loved in my '99. The Hurst looks the nicest though. IMO
