I put on a coat of armorall extreme shield wax two weeks ago. It's insanely hydrophobic, really easy to put on, and doesn't turn the black plastic white, and works just as good now as when I put it on. Armorall finally made a good product for once! Just an FYI for OTC buyers! Quick spray at the coin wash + Megs wax & wax anywhere (spray) + armorall extreme shield wax = WIN!

Just going to keep my truck 2006 gmc Sierra until the baby is born then will contemplate that move after! Will be looking into getting another muscle car later down the road like 2014 or 15. But until I get rid of the Stang I will enjoy it!

Is that what you used on your car in your photo album?

It soitenly is! It's weird to just wipe on and wipe off everything so quickly...makes me feel so lazy. I think I could get used to it, though.

I wasn't too crazy about the Grabber Blue, but here in Maryland I see quite a few of them, it's starting to grow on me.

I was insane for the grabber blue. In fact my love for mustangs was fading away, then when I say the motortrend comparison between the GT and M3 I fell in love with mustang all over again.

Here I am now, with my own M3 killer!!!

When I first saw the GB it was love at first site. I still get compliments even 2 years later. I've actually had die hard Chevy and mopar guys state to me that they hate mustangs but would have 1 in GB. It drives my wife crazy the amount of attention my car gets. BTW, here in NC a lot of people call it Richard Petty blue LOL. He has even started his own custom mustang line. (all in GB)

Re: Just rubbed her down with wax!!

That car is too nice to use cheap wax....you will get better results if you upgrade to some professional stuff....Looks good though and the color is terrific.

What do you recommend? Have you heard of the chemical guys? If so, is that any good?

I've been using jax wax and been very happy with it. Looks great, but it is a liquid/paste wax do its not going to give all the protection of a carnauba wax or last as long, but I can wax the whole car in <20 min.

This is how it came out the first time I used it, crappy iPhone pic.

I made the mistake of not drying quick enough. I had water spots all over and Mothers Carnauba cleaner wax would not get them out. It took two coats to get rid of them. I was surprised. How's that do in removing water spots?

Actually Richard petty paints the car and it isn't grabber blue it's a different shade.
