3.55 to 3.73

I've got 3.55s and I'm wondering if its worth it to go to 3.73s? I've got a manual 2012 5.0. I know people love their 3.73s but is it worth the money to switch them? Any pros and/or cons to doing this?

My 3.73's pull really hard in most gears... Never driven a 3.55 for comparison though. I just don't know if it would be worth the money for a small jump. Definitely would not discourage 3.73's though

I have 3.55s as well, if I pay the money to switch gears I'm going to put 3.90s in.

Go with 3.90s you won't feel much difference from 3.55 to 3.73

Save your money. The 6 speed in these have 1st and 2nd real close. At least they are in mine with the 373s. It depends on on what you want the car for though.

Like said above do a 3.90 or 4.10s if you want to feel a difference.

Re: 3.55 to 3.73

Everyone with 3.31 Gears, go ahead and make the switch, you'll notice the difference. Those with 3.55, I'm sad to say I don't know what the difference is you would feel, my old gears were 3.31.

Re: 3.55 to 3.73

its such a small upgrade from 3.55 to 3.73 its not worth the hassle and issues you could run into.
