I say if your going 20 stay with the BOSS. They are waaaay easier to clean, and the simple look opens up for nice brakes. In a 20 the fr500 begin to look too fancy, they look good in 18 but I think the larger sizes lose the look.IMO

Great points, the problem with the Boss wheels is that the dont clear the fancy breaks such as brembo and willwood. I was looking into getting 18s a while back but many say that 20s are the way to go on the newer stangs

Check these out then. My old car and these DO clear brembos. And I attached a picture of my old car with the GT500 PP wheels so you could see what an anthracite colored wheel would look like

The anthracite look ok in that wheel style. Not too bad but the black looks really good. Not sure what it is but black wheels look good only on certain cars

Damn. Either wheel you pick would look amazing. The FR's look more sporty, but the Boss's are classics.

Yeah but that black looks killer on the orange. Not sure how the all black 500s would look on a black stang.

For the record I test fitted one of the boss wheels. Looks like it sticks out quite a bit but also appears flush if compared to the top of the fender. Not sure if this 35 mm offset is a dealbreaker as well

Would look killer.. Both of mine had the polished lips.. And both after a few years the clear started coming off on the polished areas.. I'm not a big fan of polished lips anymore for that and I just like the solid black look better now.. You might look in general tires website they used to have a pic of a flat black stang w solid black wheels..

Yeah someone here on the forums told me that the polished lip look gets old. I have always liked in on the older stangs and figured I give it a try. Realistically, I like the look of both wheels. I am a simple guy and like simple nice looks.
