Edelbrock e force supercharger 2011

Well im supercharging my car- was going to get a shelby gt 500 but it got sold out from under me...im looking at the edelbrock e force as its low boost (5 psi) and seems pretty awesome- anyone got one or know anything about it- my goal is to whip up on some roushes and gt 500's in the virginia beach area- street driver- track sometimes- dont drive it every day but it needs to be reliable- dont want to exceed 650hp-

Thoughts?

found the one you were talking about...

Mustang 5.0 (2011) Supercharger Kit

im look at 16 psi for kenne bell to put me around 765 hp or 6 psi (edelbrock) at 600rwhp...

Here... It states in this 604rwhp at 10psi... KBs are VERY efficient, I doubt that E-force can make anywhere near 600rwhp at 5psi, maybe like 520rwhp/600hp at the engine.

559... And that doesn't even say rwhp, so who knows what they're claiming. Also, the KB has sooo much more potential.

Va Beach you say ? I'm in Yorktown area. I wouldn't go edelbrock SC at all .... Either go Ken Bell or a Whipple for sure. Both makes monster power expecailly on a new Coyote motor

If you want to be fastest at track go with a paxton or roush blower. Them two are leading the way with blower cars. Unless your willing to put a F1 procharger. Whickmh paxton will make just as much power. KB have so far been over rated on the 5.0 as well as the e force/magnuson/Whipple.

Oh and don't go over 10lbs on a stock motor less you can afford to replace it.

With a paxton and stock pulley/boss intake and completely stock exhaust I made 620whp/517wtq and ran a 10.91@129.

Re: Edelbrock e force supercharger 2011

^a consensus after many reads: tune, exhaust...and blower. Boss intake if you plan to raise your shift limits.

So i went to JLT performance today to talk to them about s/c and unfortuantely jay was out- he was at dyno tune and performance- 1 mile from my house- but i did talk to his wife lisa( i think) and she was super nice and helpful- they r using roush on their 11 and gonna use it on the new green 13 ( i saw it and its bad ***). Kenne bell i hear has a lot of issues and mo one used the edlebrock one yet around here- so it down to edlebrock. (heavier) and roush vmp tvs- edelbrock was about $600 more as well.
Any more thoughts?

Best website to buy from? Going with roush- proven technology and seems reasonable on my expectations of 550hp

With roush go with vmp..Justin Starkey has the roush mastered and actually help design it.
