I'm thinking about painting my engine cover. Not sure what color to go with. My car is silver with black wheels. So far my options that I'm considering are red/black, silver/black, or yellow/black. I haven't seen a yellow/black or silver/black one so far. Can I get some opinions and/or suggestions.
Silver with black lettering would look badassss. You stang looks awesome btw great job with it so far... Nice rims and louvers and i like the blacked out front grill

I forgot to say that I also got a "paint pen" for the lettering from OSH too...and my paint shop wanted a lot of $$ to paint the engine cover and valve covers like $350. They are great, but that's a lot of 'car parts' money...lol
That's what I thought. Thanks to you all for the motivation to get the job done! I will be going to the Fast Fords Forever show in L.A. in a couple weeks, and this is the boost the car needed. I will also paint the valve covers like the pic, but I am hoping to find some chrome/billet spears for the engine cover, or make my own with polished aluminum...another project.
Well, here is another update, black intake, used flat-black high-temp spray that I bought for the read-end. Painted the radiator cover and fuse box, added pony from my 96 Cobra (RIP) that I originally had on the billet grill. Just need the spears and I'm done.
