Backup camera

I have a 2012 gt premium auto with nav and doesn't have the backup camera. Are all the nav systems compatible with adding a camera. I believe this might have been deleted with the optional spoiler installed with accessory package 5 due to it sits higher than base spoiler

Your camera works off your rear view mirror not the navigation. You may be able to hook it up to your nav screen but not sure. The camera comes with the chin spoiler. By the way, I have it and never use it

Thanks I guess I just figured it would play over the nav screen like some other vehicles I've driven. I doubt ford put the rear view capable mirror if the camera was delete. I had seen the license plate frame mounted camera and thought it might be usable I think I'll spend my money on cold air and tune

Good choice bud! Trust me that camera is not worth it. Enjoy your mods
