Car feels down on power

Anyone else feel like there car is all of sudden down on power? I checked my air filter and its okay. My tires are roasted, new tires getting mounted soon. Any ideas if its the tires or maybe the car is losing power.

Is it constant? Or mostly happens right after u start it? Cuz right after u start the car and start revving it kinda misfires a bit... I thought it was just me, but tried that on other 5.0s
