Welcome. Now you have a fast car that doesn't weigh as much as a 20 for yacht.

Lots of the things to be honest. The interior on the camaro is just plain and boring. As someone else said its insanely heavy. Due to its low profile it has a ton of blind spots. The mustang is just an all around better car. I had put quite a few mods into the camaro and it still didnt match up to the stock 5.0
One thing i will say is that it held its value pretty well. I had it for just over a year and i actually got 500 more in trade in than i bought it for.

Interesting, appreciate the input. A gal I work with has one (2010 SS 6 speed) and I have rode in it a couple of times, feels like a good car from the passenger side. I really dont groove on the interior but not horrible. (just glad she is driving American iron!) - I like my Mustang best but cant help but like the looks of the Camaro and Challenger - ooohh boy, here come the flames

You won't get flamed from me. In my opinion the 392 Srt 8 Challenger is the best looking car on the road.

Agreed. Really wanted a new SRT8 some day (after my GT) but am hoping theyll do the Barracuda justice now that theyre canning it. My first love was the '68-'69 Camaros but havent been impressed with their body style for a good, long time. This newest styling is really nice, but still 3rd IMHO behind the Stang & Challenger and because it was late to the release party, I wasnt wowed.

The 392s are quick. And really responsive to Mods. I wish these 5.0s had the tremec transmission like the Challengers as well.

Lol. I'm not gonna lie. The only reason I didn't get a 392 is because it was 10-15 grand more. I'd trade my car straight up for one without batting an eye. The Camaro is another story. I don't care for them at all. To me they look like Mazda designed them. Chevrolet should've made them look more vintage.

Stock to stock the 392 SRT8 is faster then the 5.0.

Soon as real tuning comes out for them they will be very nasty and you will not beat one with out some type of forced induction

You're absolutely right. I don't know why everyone acts like the 392s are slow. To hear some of the people on these forums talk you'd think the srt8s run a 15 second 1/4 mile time. The r/t is slower than the 5.0.I hear they're pretty responsive to mods as well. But my 5.7 hemi truck was giving me problems so I didn't wanna trade it for something with the same engine.

I like the Mustang best, it was icing on the cake since it was the most affordable (I bought a zero option GT)............ cannot lie, if could afford all thre would have them

Yep..there is even new SRT's in the mid 11's now. Not bad being there isn't even tuning for them yet.

And I actually think the Challenger is the best looking. But only the srt8. A base V6 looks weak. Lol

Stock SRT-8 costs 54k loaded which puts it in Cobra territory and in no mans wildest fantasy is a stock 392 going to hold a candles chance in a wind tunnel against a 10+ Cobra.......... lets not even mention the 650 hp beast coming to a dealership near you!!!

Agreed! And no matter how fast a dodge will always be a dodge! Can't compare the quality of a Ford with a Dodge. I will never buy or think about buying a dodge
