I just won $690. And wifey doesnt know...shhhhhhh!....want to mod sum more....have a base 2011 black 5.0 6spd, 3.31 gears, LP off road H-pipe, American Thunder flowmasters, rear control arms, Steeda CAI with Ghost cam tune from Jon Lund.......I already have tune for Boss 302 intake from Jon Lund........my list of mods I want are .....3.73 gears, Boss intake (for now til I can afford S/C), oil separator, new wing (roush), rims/tires........interior can wait........what would you do?

I just bought my boss intake last week from summit for $409 which leaves enough for the oil separator and u would still have bout $160 left

I would try to do the gears at the same time as the Boss IM, if you have to choose one or the other, do gears.

I don't know yet I haven't installed it I'm still waiting for my tune, I should get it Tuesday. And I have stock 3.73

Get the gears, ford parts I recommend for warranty. Leave it in the dealer as a service checkup, get the gears installed, keep your warranty, and keep the wife at bay. That is if the dealer is authorized ford racing dealer. Otherwise you are risking a bad gear install and prob your warranty.

Anywhere from 250-600. All depends on shop. With that I rather take to Guy that charges 600 for it to be done right. Then 250 and end up replacing the whole rear end.

is do the gear install with out a doubt. With your mods already a gear would wake her ass up.
