Is this a good deal?

Hey, I'm new to the mustang world and would like some advice. I am going to get my first Mustang GT CS this weekend but I want to make sure it's a good deal. Its a 2011 Mustang GTCS with 15k miles on it, cosmetically looks great, and has a shaker 500. Do you think that 26 k for this is good? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Nope dont get it, get the 13, you can add all those plastics and stickers if you like them later, get a basic 13 5.0, you wont regret it

That isn't overpriced for a premium model. My 2011 gt premium with 28000 miles is valued at 30394.00 right now. What are you smoking to say 20000 is good. Get the 2011 model and be happy. It's a great price for a premium gt.

+1 you will never but it for 20......and that is not to bad.You could maybe beat on them and get it for 25,but used cars are in high demand and hold value well.Mustangs are not hard to sell either. If you ever notice when looking to buy a new reg. car they will run over somebody to make a sell. You walk on a car lot with new mustangs they got a little less pressure like buy it or not.Hell alot people have to wait and order. They have no trouble moving stangs. But if its a premium loaded you are not gonna get it for 25 unless it has bad history

Kbb and nada are both notoriously high. They're a good ballpark number to start with though.

I paid $27,999 for my 2011 GT Premium with only 4500 miles on it. I think I got a steal. I've checked Edmunds and even with 18k on the odometer, it's still worth about $26k. So, OP, I wouldn't say it's overpriced at all

Re: Is this a good deal?

I prefer to buy new whenever possible, plus you get a break on the interest rate on new cars compared to a car several years old.

Then you got a HELL of a deal.. Your car would have stickered well over 30k new.. I wanna know where you got it at.. It'd be worth it to drive across country even at that savings

Re: Is this a good deal?

Yes, that's a good deal...there was one around my neck of the woods just over that price with similar miles. After considering it, for the price difference from the '11 to the '13...I went with the '13. 4k over 5yrs for me was justifiable. If not in your case, yes...that's a good deal. These 5.0s' are keeping their value.

Well it also depends on where you are...Southern California a convertible V6 will hold its value. In lets say Pennsylvaniaor NY a premium 5.0 is what they want to wok on, on the weekends.

My sticker price was 43k i only paid 30k with 8 miles on the clock brand new. It was there last 11 model and it was the end of 2012.

You just have to know when to buy a car where to look and have to shop around quite a bit. you also have to know how to talk

If your car is stickered 32 it can be had for around 25 if the conditions are met

I own a dealership so i know how dealerships work and how to push the right buttons...

Btw Kbb is NOT accurate contrary to opinion. Dealers use different sites and price values vary alot.
