Idling Weird

Noticed today that my 5.0l is idling rough... It sits at 600 to 700rpm and then drops below 500 like its about to stall and then builds up to 600 to 700 rpm again.... But when i acelerate for instance in first gear and let go of my gas the car doesnt de celerate it just sits at the rpm i leave it at also in 2nd gear and 3rd gear when i hit the clutch it drops an when i rev it in neutral it drops any sugestions?

Disconnect your negative battery terminal for a few mins and relearn the idle/fuel trim strategy. It's in the owners manual around page 260 IIRC.

Happens to me all the time. Car has actually stalled with me a few times while I was at a light. Do you have any mods other than the tune? I have a boss manifold I know that it can do that with that mod. But I still have that wanting to stall feeling.

Yeah always does it. It's not a biggie. I had a bad issue with it a while back and it was due to a mission "O" ring on one of the fuel injectors.

That was fast! Almost sounds like unmetered air or a problem with your TPS or something then. Have you checked for air leaks?

Yeah, just return to stock then turn it off (I usually open and shut the door afterwards), then put the tune back on.

Also, it's worth noting that you should not do ANYTHING to the car while tuning it. Radio/AC/etc should be off and stay off. Do not open/close any doors or windows.
