| 2013 tail lights
I saw a 2013 on the road last night and really liked the tail lights on them. So I stopped and talked to the dude for a bit. Does anyone know if they will have an aftermarket kit that is like the 2013 tail lights that would fit the 2012? I saw that they won't fit because of the back bumper is different.

Idk, that would be cool though. Maybe that's something you should run by American Muscles product suggestion thread.

If you put them on and leave your stock bumper then there will be a slight gap but nothing really noticable, I think they look really nice. ---------- Post added at 10:40 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:35 AM ---------- Found it!! 2013's ---------- Post added at 10:44 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:40 AM ---------- Oh, and i believe that Raxiom is actually working on a set for the 2010+ (Not sure about 05-09).

Would like to see a side by side of 2011 - 2012 stock and 2013 lights?
How big and where is the gap that is being talked about?

I will gladly take your bet..... Check ebay for what a set of used Xenon lights go for... rarity will drive up demand which in turn will drive up price.

The links posted above are OEM... not aftermarket. If you can get the "hook up" and that would be the "hook up" of the century.... then spread the wealth. I will send you 350 dollars today.... 300 for the lights and 50 for shipping.

If u check this link you will see that the left and right "assembly" is about $800 each... but if u open the exploded image will see that it includes everything like the wire harnesses and sequencers, which we wouldn't need so u probably can get just the rear light for about $300 as stated earlier. http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/Ca...Mustang#Search

Buy 2013 Ford Mustang Parts | FordParts.com | If you look at the graphic the part number is 13404 and you get all that is included with that. Which is the $800 part. Yikes...See what the aftermarket folks come up with.

Who is your Ford Dealer? | I know WE want the 2013 lights..... I was simply adding emphasis to my statement that you cannot buy 2010-2012 lights individually for the price he was stating you could get the 2013s for ....a pair ---------- Post added at 01:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:41 PM ---------- Quote:

Buy 2013 Ford Mustang Parts | FordParts.com | Even if this is so........ it still costs more than the 300 a piece and he states he ORDERED a SET for 300.
If it is the case..... PLEASE SIGN ME UP I pray someone one finds this deal so we can all get the lights!!! 1600-2000 dollars though is what I have seen been told and read

No! I hate everything fun! Besides, IMO, the '13 tails gap on the '10-'12 is least noticeable on black mustangs. I imagine the gap would look crazy big on a red or white or any other color for that matter.

I think I am out of the taillight market until they come in a more affordable package... 878 a piece is a little above my pay grade..lol

Lights are not cheap.....especially oem... My mom was in an accident last year...someone hit her while trying to make a left into a side street while she was driving and totalled the driver side front... After getting it repaired at benz we saw the bill and the headlight asembly cost $2500 each and you have to replace both even if one isnt damaged, so weird....thank god for insurance

Thats not too bad of a gap. Especially if it's only temporary. While you save for the new bumper

But then you'd have to have the side skirts and front fascia painted because it wouldn't match the rear bumper. So that's even more money.
