Pretty pissed.

So my car was in a accident about a month ago. Today I went to pick it up and my shifter knob is missing. It's a billet one that comes with the premium 5.0. The body shop had taken pics of the car when they first received it and it was missin it wasn't brought to my attention til the end of it being fixed. I checked out how much it is and it's 340 just for that piece. I called my adjuster and I think the tow truck driver stole it since I can't see a insurance company doing it or a dealer autonomy shop.

I would see if the insurance covers it since it disappeared because of the accident. They prolly won't but it doesn't hurt to ask

That is terrible. I had a incident where the body shop and the tow truck driver were arguing over which one wrecked my ignition. Pretty lame!

Well the insurance company came through they said I can get whatever shifter I want so I might get a roush one :p

Canadian companies are the same. They want their money now but if they owe you it's like k we will give it to you in a few years. Sgi says the knob must hve been stolen in thir compound and only employees and toe truck drivers have the keys to their compound so I'm leaning towards the tow truck driver doing it. On a better note my pony emblem for my grille between fog lights and the 5.0 badges they ordered were wron ad black aluminum billet instead of the chrome and they have me the choice of keeping or sending it back so I kept the black since my car is black and I wanted to black out everything

Nothing is coming out of my pocket it was the other guys fault so it's under his. These minor stuff is sgi's fault so it's out of their pocket as well
