Free + custom intake manifold + serious dyno tuning. There aren't going to be any canned tunes for this setup since it's a one-off, plan on spending at least a grand for a good tuner to spend some time figuring this out, in addition to whatever the custom IM sets you back.
Also keep in mind that if you start to get close to 450 engine HP that you need to get built internals since the 4.6 is notorious for throwing rods around that power level.
So it seems to me that this is going to cost you a few thousand anyways, and there are mainstream kits that you could buy that are known to be safe for about the same price. Just be fully aware of what you're getting into is all I'm saying.
