Yes. He was ecstatic. Now I'm teaching him to drive it. It's a five speed.

Re: New (to me) 2010

Hey, you want to adopt me? LOL

I never give my kids cars with that much power. I do get them cars for around $5K with good safety features and low mileage. My oldest daughter hit a deer and totaled one vehicle (beetle), her boyfriend destroyed an engine in another (saturn), and my next daughter is getting my wifes Jetta this summer. I've got five kids in all and I see my two boys both getting small trucks (S-10s or Rangers) or jeeps. Never considered a muscle car since I'd be paying the insurance and probably figured it would rob my wallet. OUCH!

Your son is super Now he's going to be like, "Can I have some money for some mods!?!?!"

He's a great son. He will drive less than 5 miles per day. I trust him. I understand your comment though and considered several factors before deciding, including ones you mentioned above. I bought the car from a dealer and it already had an aftermarket exhaust. I have no idea what kind though, but it sounds great. It also has an after market air filter I think. And it came with 20 inch rims. I'm not permitting (or paying for) any other mods. Lol.

Wow congrats to your son! Can you be my father?!? Lmao
Im sure he deserves it, it's very good to have that kind of trust in your children. It makes it bond that much stronger. You guys can spend time waxing the car together lol

If you have the smack for those rides, then you need to get you a 2013 GT500!
