another hood thread

Ok so i decided to pop for a 3 inch cowl hood. Now the question is where to get it from? I dont mind spending a little more money for a better fit. I would also like it painted the factory black. Anyone got one with pics? Pros and cons of the 4 inch over the 3 inch?

I dont think where u buy it is gonna make a difference. Wouldnt tht be more of a who makes it deal? Most places wont paint it for u too. If u do find somewhwre tht can ship it painted be sure to post pics and the website/number or dealer!

Cervini ships it painted from there website. Takes about 4 weeks to ship they say. Ordered a 2.5" cowl from them, painted, 2 1/2 weeks ago.

300 for paint, underside is done too though. Hood was 595 w/ free shipping. I thought it was about right. Could prob get the paint done a bit cheaper but then u gotta find the right person, get the hood there, blah, blah. All done in one shot this way and i've heard from many that fit n finish are top notch
