Panhard Bar Issues

I installed some lowering spring this pass weekend along with the j&m adjustable panhard bar on my 2013 mustang gt. I have adjusted the panhard as much as I can but my rear drivers side is still sticking out an half an inch more than my passangers, im assuming im not doing something right, because i know i should be able to adjust it to where its even, any suggestion. This is the panhard bar i got: J&M Mustang Adjustable Panhard Rod (05-13 All) 23795B

How are you doing the adjustment? Have car jacked up adjusting and then sitting it back down to check it?

My friend works at an alignment shop so i put it on the life by the axles and adjusted it, it did move but it wouldn't adjust any further and the wheels are still off.

Re: Panhard Bar Issues

I have the same panhard bar and I don't have any issues. First I adjusted it to the same length as the OE panhard bar. I then made adjustments with the car on the ground. Make sure you have the locking nuts on each side of the adjustable nut loosened so you can make the adjustments. GL!

Re: Panhard Bar Issues

Nope, you don't have to. Matter of fact, the instructions that came with the bar said you didn't have to jack it up if I remember correctly. Either way you don't have to..give it a try and keep me posted.

I didn't Jack mine up by axle
.I jacked up on sides. Let hang free. Then adjusted. Then jacked axle up to put tension to check it. Was done in 20 min.
