Yes, that will work perfectly! As long as you don't have a catted mid-pipe, you're fine with any exhaust setup.

Yes it can be saved as a separate tune on your hand held. It will have to take the place of another tune you already have, but you can always store your tunes on your computer. This way you'll always have the best 3 custom tunes uploaded.

We've had the "ghost cam" tune for quite some time on our own cars, actually. It's far from any type of R&D. The reason we haven't announced it publicly, is because there is no power/tq benefits from running the ghost tune compared to our 93Race tune. In fact they use the same tune settings at mid to high rpms. The "ghost tune" is simply used for an entertaining idle and sound. So, we just advertise through word of mouth and mostly hook our forum guys up!

Sounds like you need to let your Stang relearn its idle. Give this a try first, before contacting Bama. I have a good feeling "idle relearn" will fix your issue. Check out your owners manual for "how to" setup!

If you continue to have any issues, just shoot me a PM and I'll make sure you're taken care of!

There's a few good mid-pipes out there. Magnaflow makes a great Xpipe. We have the same one on our '11 GT! I think you'll be really happy with the fitment and power gain with a Bama tune.

Let me know if there's anything else you need!

Will this fit with my stock headers and stock catback? And is there any other o/r xpipe that might be a little less expensive?! Thank you!! Money is a little tight. :-/

Why is a CAI required?

The upr x pipe is way less expensive. Even the lethal/bbr are a lot less. Manga flow x pipe is WAY overpriced.

Thanks!

I'll call them today and see if I can get it squeezed in without doing a full request, since I just got my tune 6 days ago.

From the way mike was talking its pretty quick and painless. He did make it a point to say that it works great on 9/10 cars. But there is always that one that just doesnt like it at all.

Not bashing Lund at all, I agree his tunes are great. Just repeating what I had heard.

At any rate, I'll be throwing the Bama ghost tune on my car and let you guys know how it goes. I think it's supposed to rain like crazy tonight so I don't know if I'll get it out or not.

Welcome back. I know it's prolly a dumb question but did you pop the throttle to let it see if it would idle down? Just wondering cause mine will idle around 1000 rpms all day long till I bump the throttle. Then it drops down to 6-700 rpms.

Yeah, I popped it enough that I'll probably get a noise complaint tomorrow. Took for a 15 mile drive, popped it on the way in, popped it at every red light, nothing. Just idles at 1k RPM.

I have a 14 minute video if it idling, and me goosing the throttle a few times. I'll upload it to YouTube, but it's going to take a while since it's over 1GB.
