Tomorrow I am going to attempt to install my new Barton shifter. I need to transfer the Roush shift knob to the Barton. The shift knob (among other things) was dealer-installed - so I didn't experience the ins and outs of the install.
Any tricks to this? Does it just twist off? It's pretty tight - thread locker? From what I read, there is a jam nut somewhere - but I am not sure how to access it.
I am sure this is very simple at the end of the day.
