BFMIC and Boss/CS Lower front fascia?

Anyone have a BFMIC and CS lower front fascia? Did you have to modify it as much as the stock lower one when installing the intercooler? Curious before I drop the cash for one and have to immediately hack into it.

Yea. U only have to cut a 8 in rectangle for a normal bolt on with the cs, i hav no idea how big the thing ur talking bout is
