I like them alot too. Those and the RTRs. But everybody and their grandmother likes them or has them. I like to be a little different.

I was looking at forgestar but they are expensive and I also really like the Shelby CS1. But it's so hard to choose.

Won't hurt the trans... I too have an auto. Even different tires front/rear.

1) if they are different than the oem rpm (revolutions pile), you will need a tuner to set it correctly so the speed show correct on you dash.

2) having different diameter (revs per mile again) on front / rear might cause some weird traction control takeover behavior. As long as you get similar revs per mile front rear, will be fine for point.

Re: Best rims?

I like black wheels that have a different lip to break up the tire and the wheel if that makes sense. Like this-

shameless plug-

I love my Godspeed black wheels! But I love wheels with a deep lip. I hate wheels with no lip

So that sucks you have to get it retune if you have an automatic and you get bigger tires.

Here's the wheel I want. I have the RTRs and they do get old real quick. I also love the deep lip rims.

Re: Best rims?

I went with black Forgestar CF10s. Clean, simple, and lightweight. They're expensive, but I just couldn't pass them up. Paid $1545 for all four.

I think the CF10s came out sometime in 2011. I just accidentally came across them a few months ago, when I was researching black ten-spoke rims. They're exactly what I wanted
