Technical service bulletin. Its kinda like a recall but nod mandatory. Basically it's a set of instructions that ford sends to dealers on what steps to perform to remedy a specific set of conditions.

Mine started about 2 weeks ago. It only does it when it is hot after a long run. Anyone have any experience with Ford verifying the problem before fixing it?
