Best time to buy a 2013 mustang

Im starting the search for a new mustang. I'm in the market for a 2013 mustang convertible gt premium. I am looking for the best time of year to buy a new mustang with all things considered. Im looking for the 0% interest and bargaining with the price. I would imagine its either the end of the year or the beginning when the 2014 mustang hits the lot. Thanks in advance for your help.

Best time to buy is black Friday
Because I bought my first mustang in 06
The v6 pony package went for 26K in total and I ended up getting it for 22k out the door

There will always be newer options you want when a new model comes out but if you want a '13 at a good price, you have to wait till there is no longer a demand for that year. Either when the new model comes out or news about the new model's release of features and functionality. Just like now, any dealer with a '12 GT500 is having a hard time selling them cause of what you can get in the '13. So you can get a steal if 1) you have cash to put down and 2) you walk in the dealer with the attitude that you don't need the car. If they get a hint of excitement they know you're hooked. Otherwise, they will work almost any price to move an old year off the lot in place of a higher demanding brand new model.

The x-plan is nice, but I'm only seeing about a $2k difference on the premium, not $7k.
