Question for new spring alignment experts

Getting springs and adj panhard bar done today. Is it best to get alignment done right away or wait til car settles?

Wait till it settles. Give it a month for the front. The back wont move much, so adjust that asap.

Re: Question for new spring alignment experts

Wait till it settles, it won't be off too bad. You should have your PHB adjusted then too.

Everything went smoothly with the H&R spring and panhard bar install.

Looks great. Seems a touch lower than the prokit springs. H&R's right? Did you do camber bolts or CC Plates?

Thanks. Yes H&R. Sitting at 27 3/4 F & 27 7/8 R. No bolts or plates. Rear axle is lined up perfect and no pull on the front yet.

Respect for you and a buddy doing it. Same thing I did and I am going to have to pretty much do it again here in a week or so with fully adjustable struts and shocks.

Re: Question for new spring alignment experts

Looks good. A little too low for my taste--but it's not my car. That much of a drop (1.5" front & 2" rear, correct?), I would expect to see your inner shoulders start wearing soon. I'm looking at probably going the popular Steeda route, and I still plan on CC plates.

Re: Question for new spring alignment experts

you can wait a bit, just not to long. Might be good to see if it settles over the course of 100 - 200 miles. Then align it~ or just let it sit a while and drive a bit here and there then get it checked.
