All done with mods ... at least until next week

So, I've had my Brembo package 2012 GT Premium since April or do. It's my daily driver to and from work. I completed all the mods I was planning on for the near term ... so I wanted to share a couple of photos.

http://i1049.photobucket.com/albums/...ke87/front.jpg

http://i1049.photobucket.com/albums/...ike87/rear.jpg

List of mods so far:

Dealer installed "package" when car purchased:
Roush lowering springs
Roush CAI
Roush axle back
Roush shift knob and boot
Roush bling (floor mats, banner, etc.)

My stuff:
Aluminum billet upper and lower grille overlays
MMD hood struts
MMD deck lid
Barton shifter and bracket
JLT Oil separator
Forgestar CF5 19x9's
Steeda 93 Octane Tune
Vinyl hood stripes

I am also deleting the silly sound tube as well. And, I need some splash guards ... the paint is taking a beating down there.

Let me know what y'all think. Thanks for looking.

Get the GT500 mud flaps, I added them to my car and they look good. They will cost you $50 to $60 bucks or so but worth it.

Thanks .... the new rims are offset +12mm so the wheels fill out the wheel wells better ... I'm afraid that more crap will get tossed up. I like the wider stance of the car with these wheels, however.

JLT makes some carbon fiber ones but they are over $200 for the set ...

EDIT: They do not seem to have front splash guards for the GT500 ... I really want front ones, too to help keep the bottom plastic pieces from being sand blasted by road debris.

OK, I'll take a few more. The stripes are not exactly where they are supposed to be ... we moved them up a hair so that they tuck up against the scoop. With a gap, it didn't look as good.

My wife just told me to "tell them your wife did it" .... I'll post some more later.

Re: All done with mods ... at least until next week

So, the splash guards are installed (pics in another thread) and I removed the silly sound tube. I don't notice any difference in sound with the tube removed ... which makes me wonder if 1) I'm deaf or 2) It was even more silly in practice that it looked

Love the way those hood spears look with the scoop! I had matte spears with the Decepticon emblem on my '10 V6.
