Just curious!

Was wondering if it was possible to get 500 rwhp without forced induction?

Ive already got borla s type catback exhaust. I've ordered a steeda cold air intake and waiting on Bama tuner with custom tunes. I was gonna get the boss intake manifold as well.

Re: Just curious!

This was the first one, didn't have time to look into whether it was 500 rwhp or 500 flywheel.

Check the JPC racing website and look for their "top dog" package. It's a 500+ rwhp package that includes boss intake, JLT CAI, their full exhaust (LT's, offroad xpipe, and catback) custom grind cams, different heads and a custom tune

If you do the math, I'm making over 500hp @ the flywheel.

Absolutely you are, even if you assume low at 10% loss, that puts you just shy of 500, but in reality it's closer to 12-15%, so more like 510-520ish

Go see my post on How much HP does your Stallion make. I have all the mods your want but Not cams and I'm not yet close to that. I'll have a much better idea today after I go see the other dyno man

It's definitely possible. A full bolt on tuned 5.0 should be in the mid to low 400RWHP area. If you did heads/cams I bet you'd be damn close to the 500RWHP area, well over 500 at the fly wheel. Worst case scenario, you could throw a 75/100 shot of nitrous on there and you'd be good to go! We run a 150 shot on our 11' GT project car making 521RWHP, Running 10.43 @ 130 in the 1/4 mile.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!

11' GT 10.43 @ 130MPH/521RWHP

I'd like to dyno mine and see where it's at with just my few mods and no spray.
