Do all Mustangs come with a wimpy horn or is it just mine?

What year and model sir? Had a friend with a 99 GT that was kinda wimpy, my 99 Cobra isn't. I think the other friend that had a 99 GT it was not wimpy. First one white second one black, doubt that makes a difference.

It says for PA use too. Ive always wanted to tell people what aholes theyre being without having to roll down my window. Would be sick if I could use my OE mic to do that & have the sw horn button wired to it too.

I used to do it in my bmw, but i need an exhaust now because when i rev the stock exhaust it just sounds sad lol.
