Plasti Dip

Would a spray can of Plasti Dip be enough for the two vents in the 2013 hood?

Nope and since it's on the rims it take more of a beating than it would on you're vents. So you will be good as far as longetivity.

Buy two. One of mine got 'fuzzy' (don't ask, you will know it if you see it), so I decided to remove and re-do. Massive pain in the *** too btw. Anyway, ended up breaking out the second can

Love it. I did 4 layers because I am paranoid. Still plan to get a proper pair job just for piece of mind but they are dealing with 100+ heat and car washes no prob

Re: Plasti Dip

You just have to remove the hood blanket, loosen the one bolt, and then squeeze the plastic retainers on the sides and front. Be careful, one of mine popped out with the last retainer and if fell to the ground. A little sanding and it was fine.

I am also going to do it to my diffuser, just to see how it would look when painted black. I want to painted it but still get the RTR 3 piece diffuser.

It looks awesome, would it look good in a red car? Because in yours looks better than the stock chrome.

I think it depends on your wheels. My car is all black. Black AMR wheels and badges. I just need to do something with my brake calipers and tail lights. I think red cars with black wheels look so good. So if you do polished wheels I wouldn't dip the emblems. Black wheels, then yes

Yea makes sense, i have the stock brembo wheels, maybe down the road i might powder coat them black, i also want to powder coat the brembos in red to match the car.
