Not really ... any mods you do will void the corresponding warranty coverage.

Re: Anything i can do?

axlebacks won't cause a void of your warranty except for the mufflers you are taking off and will never see again.

FRPP Procal Tune. Not really mechanical but has a high flow filter drop in, removed skip shift and bumps the tq curve up about 40 in the low range. Peak hp gain is only about 15, but you'll feel it more where it counts

They also will not make the car faster

Sounds like the warranty on that is iffy, and it does cut you down to 3/36 on your powertrain. I would say that cutting 2 years and 24k miles off your warranty is pretty damn close to voiding it anyways...

He didn't say performance he said spruce up his car. They'll give him a little better muscle car tone

Ah spruce up mechanically I can see both ways on that. Take what I said with a grain of salt.

I'm sorry, probably should just said performance first, ford makes an awesome product, but there is no limit for where it can go.

Depending where you are located, for instance I just put the ford racing twin screw whippel supercharger kit. 624 hp and it is all covered by warranty. I know there is alot of people that won't believe this. But if you go to southwest ford in weatherford Texas they will keep your warranty as If nothing ever happened. I have 2013 getting built as we speak should be ready at the ends of the month. Not sure this helps but If you want some serious power and still keep factory warranty then give them a call. Here is one they already have done. http://southwest-ford.mobi/#Vehicle9600106.

58,000 for a 624 hp mustang with warranty? So many other things you could spend that kinda money on. Hell id rather spend 6 on a supercharger, void my warranty, blow it up and use the left over 15-20 k to rebuild the car and make it better and still cost less than that.

When the engine or trans go, and Ford sends it to engineering for approval, it's not going to matter what the dealership said they would do. Unless you have it in writing that they will cover the cost of any repairs denied by Ford (did you know that all dealerships are franchises and not part of The Ford Company?) then it's just an overpriced time bomb.

Yes your right but there is much more than just the blower kit. Suspension, wheels, tires, exhaust, short shift, and more.

---------- Post added at 02:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:43 PM ----------

Y'all don't need to get jealous, I am getting a 2013 5.0 blown to 624 hp. With all the bells and whistles, brembo brakes, recaro seats, upgraded stereo, wheels, tires, short shifter, exhaust. All for 52,000. Out the door. With warranty. All the way. I will have just under the 2013 gt 500, for twenty thousand less. Make sense now.

The 2013 gt500 has 650 HP and full warranty and ready to go and built to handle 650 HP and they are like 55k BRAND NEW. So spending that much on a 5.0 seems crazy to me. For 2k more I'd rather have the Shelby name and the GT500 IMHO.

I'd love to have a supercharged 5.0 with a warranty. I mean my car cost less than 20k so I'm not even close.

How is it a waste of money when A. I will smoke your *** on the track. B. what's the difference of waiting to put some mods on or put them on now with a full warranty. C. My car will look better, sound better, be newer, ride better, all while being a sleeper. Give me a shout whenever you roll through Dallas!

Re: Anything i can do?

So ANYWAYS... back to your original request OP, there's not a whole lot that YOU can do to the vehicle while maintaining factory warranty, and there are zero power upgrades, some will retain warranty but will cut it down considerably. I just keep modding my car and if I have an issue I take it to dealer, when they do decide that my broken car is no longer covered under warranty (37k miles and have had a few items replaced under warranty) then I will fix it myself, assuming it's not too complicated.

If you wanna keep the warranty you're gunna just have to stay stock
