Pain in the arse if you don't have someone to hold or move a couple things from above while you are under the car. Even still, definitely worth ever dime

Yeah, I had some battle scars.

Where did you get that shifter? Does it have a lockin bolt? It looks great!

I got a good one on my forehead from dropping the wrench. Doh!

The ball came from epco. I ordered the shifter from MGW with the locker which looks good.

After taking it around the block have to get used to it. It is really tight and solid. Really like it and worth the $$. Feels like how a performance car should.

Yes, the kit comes with a washer to go on the top to clean up the look.

Sweet! I've gotta go back and install my heat shield. Had to get the car down for an outing so I'll jack up a side and install later.

Thanks! Got the short throw directly from MGW but the ball came from EPCO. Really polishes off the look.

That would be a tough sell for ford to say a shifter caused transmission issues.

If it wasn't for starting to cross-thread the passenger rear thread on the assembly of the top and bottom pieces it took me just over 2 hours. Had to add an hour to find the right tap to clean the top of the thread. I'd suggest to anyone installing the shifter to get that one going first before threading the others. Just didn't quite line up with the threading from the top or it could have just been the angle. If I had to do it again, I'd say an hour at most. It is pretty easy.
