Launch Control

Has anybody heard about being able to install the launch control that's on the GT500 some way to the 2011 or 2012 GT

You can install a msd 2 step that effectively does the same thing.

how does launch control work exactly. Do your rpm's just stay at a specific place while in 1st, and then whats the process after that?

Could you do a launch control on an auto?

Or would that hurt the tranny like a rev drop?

that helped alot to understand what it does, but do you have to flip the switch off before hitting second or does it only do this for the initial launch?
