Lol @ Alex.

It was for the stock intake and at the time I didn't know they made the upgrade kit for the boss intake. The stock Steeda IM fit but I didn't feel very comfortable with how it attached and I didn't like the way it looked set on the boss intake all jacked up. Now I have a boss specific one coming my way... As well as the fuel rail covers... The most expensive foam EVER!!

I see so Ur finally pulling the trigger on the foam!! Lol how much did u find it for? I know it hurt a little to put that type of $$ on something that won't improve the car at all :-p I know it's off topic, but what gears are u running? I'm thinking of eventually upgrading to 3.73 from my stock 3.31

Actually I got the Steeda CAI for $250 and that damn foam for 100, both used for about 1000 miles! I'm running 3.73 gears too, you'll love it

I agree, not a big fan of the chrome. I do want to point out that different CAI have different performance, BBK, C&L, Steeda vs JLT, etc. I had a C&L on my '08 Mustang and now have a Steeda CAI and there is no comparison. I would recommend Steeda to anyone. The appearance of the intake doesn't matter, but fortunately, for me I loved the fact that the filter was blue which matches with my paint

Just installed new Steeda CAI with 93 Race tune. Huge difference, this should definitely be a first mod for everyone.
