1. Don't Panic!
2. When you installed the STB, did you use a good torque wrench to seat the nuts to 26 lb-ft?
The studs that protrude up from the upper strut mount through the fender for the STB to mount on are VERY sensitive to over-torquing. Once you break them loose from their rubber encapsulation, the only fix is to remove the strut and replace the upper mount.
Alternately, you might not have tightened the nuts back down tight enough. They need to be right around that 26 lb-ft figure to hold the brace completely immobile.
Either way, if the STB is not held tight, you'll get squeaking.
3. If that isn't it, then you need to do as everyone said above, and start using spray lube on the various bushings.
There are numerous posts on suspension squeaks that will give you good step-by-step advice on tracking down and eradicating the squeak, once you do step 2 above and ensure that the STB isn't the culprit.
