If you do decide to part out I'd be interested in the DS, shifter, and relo brackets!

You beat me to the driveshaft. Basturd. Lol. If GrabberBlue falls thru or changes his mind. I'll take the DS. Other than that, I'm interested in the UCA.
Good luck

Thanks guys! As far as prices on parts I'm gonna work on selling as is first. It's gettin cold in Chicago and don't really wanna be in the garage. My wife just gave me the go ahead on this tonight so I haven't really thought too much about everything just yet.
Mweight07, I'll pm with a price when I figure it out this weekend.

I'll just take the engine...nothing else!

Kidding lol! If you do end up piece it out and the roush grill happens to be a piece you are selling separate, hit me up I'm interested in that.

Just spent 5k on suspension and driveshaft. Spent a week explaining why this was better than buying a gt500. Damn it man! You are killing my determination here.

What made you go this route?

With the time I don't have to do all the mods myself, this seems like a great route to go while saving me the cost of the parts full price

The 427 vette? Ja what a joke,, 505 on a ls7,,, fart sound with hand over mouth. Weak, lame, slow, go 13 gt500 and that vette will break before it nextes up to the Cobra on the line

I am taking about the all new vette, not the c6 but a whole new engine and design. The base model is said to go 0-60 in around 3.5 stock, and the z06 sould be 3 flat or so

C7? Fart noise with hand over mouth once again =}„ only 430 on a 5.5? For a start at $50k? Weak rather go Boss or GT. Better yet 13 Cobra, just a few grand more. It'll eat it for breakfast lunch dinner and midnight snack

A z06 would be even in a 1/4 mile with a 13 gt500. And if you get the optional magnetic ride control with carbon ceramic brakes lol it will eat up the gt500. Dont kill the messenger, i am getting this number from inline. But speed isnt everything like i said i would get the gt500.
But if the new z06 is in the 3 secs and it looks as bad a$$ as i think it will, bye bye shelby i will get the vette.
But well let me not even think about that now and enjoy the best car in the world ( the 5.0)

Well I see your point but still, fart sound with hand over mouth ;}„„„ let it be 2.5 still can't match the first ever stock 650hp mustang ever made, correction street intended

I like the GT500 more also, but just because a car has less power does not mean it is slower. Look at the GTR, 458 Italia, Gallardo, MP4-12C, even the ZR1. All of these cars have less power than the GT500 and all are faster both around a track and on the drag strip (well not sure about GTR drag times). All of these cars (except the GTR) have one thing in common. Weight

Yeah, sadly the weight always kills us. But none of those scream like the Cobra ÷]. Then again most of those are AWD.

Oh oh and the 458, gallardo, mp4 are high dollar. Even the z and the GTR, are kinda high

Without it being turbo charged that ol sixxer ain't nothing. But talking about with what they have 545hp 11's isn't bad for an AWD ×]„
