| Best and Worst MPG in Your 5.0
Hey guys! What have you been getting out of your 11-13 GT? What's the best MPG you've gotten? What seems to be your average MPG? What been your worst MPG? Please include supporting modifications if any. How much of a gain do you guys see skip shifting from 2-4-6? Any and all feedback would be appreciated!

When I took delivery of my 2013 Mustang GT with 45 miles the average mileage was 8.3 mpg lol. Even that didn't discourage me from buying it!

Mine is bone stock (unless you wanna count the grille, and the rims that lighten the car by almost 30 pounds lol.)
Worst mpg: the mid 14s
Best mpg: mid 19s
But I really don't care; I bought my stang for a reason

Hello All, '13 GT (Premium) 6MT with 3:55 Gears - Own the car 6 months now with 3300 miles on it and have never did better than 19 mpg (That was 200 miles-ALL Highway with 6 toll booth stops and mostly in 6th gear cruise control). Lowest was about 14 mixed driving I think. As a matter of fact, when I top it off with gas the gauge screen usually reads only 350 or 370 mile to empty.
I like to play sometimes, but I don't abuse the black beauty or the Perellis. Mostly on (non-congested) highway with laser detector I will let her run and boy can she run. Still today almost every day I get compliments or stares or stopped to talk about my car.
A small town police car even pulled me over once when I just got the car, just to talk about the the car and wish me luck. Real Cool. Never got that with any Bimmer I had. Compliments, Yes, but not like this Mustang GT.
Sorry, I went of track there guys, but I get giddy sometimes.
Thanks for listening, Take care and good luck to all.

| 2013 Gt
just under 4k miles best of 26.4 highway driving when my wife takes it to work, 34 miles one way.
Worst of 16.1 MPG with me driving to work all city 6 miles one way.
car is 6MT with 3.73's Premium pack and Brembo pack.
Wanted to add that we traded an 08 M3 for this, car is not as "finished overall" but the lower cost of maintenance and operating costs make (plus the fact the dealer gave us a 7yr/100,000 mile warranty at cost) this Mustang so much more easy to enjoy.
lastly who can guess how much it cost to replace the DCT transmission on the m3?
(hint $9___ before labor)

2013 first tank was 14.1 and that was with the 40 mile highway drive home with it thrown in. Best tank was 22.3 and that was 50/50 highway.

When i bought the car it was at 14.5 then i bought a k&n filter and flowmaster outlaws and im seeing better milage at the 16.2. I live in vegas and when I drive to work its city driving and when i drive home its highway. If i drove straight highway the mileage would be better.

11 - 13 mpg since my 93 race turn. 2011 gt auto.
13 - 14 before.
All local stop and go (fast) traffic light driving.
Rarely sees highway driving.
Even when driving conservative... 13 is about the best I get. I work/play 5 miles from home.
