It is super easy just take your time and dont f*** up because you will need a new bumper and that ain't cheap lol

Ozzy's electric cutter, he knows the name. It worked perfect because it had different heads like a drill, sanding and cutting and you need all that.

Dremel, sold at your local home improvement store, home depot is where i got it
