I would do the basic suspension work (springs, dampers, lcas, relocation brackets, and uca) before going FI. It'll help put down the power better and help keep you on the road better as well

DDTCM is just getting started.
Ditto. Suspension will help plant that power adder to the ground when you are ready. Plus suspension is gonna give you a better overall feel in performance.

How many inches can i go, that it would still be "performance"?

Definitely drop!!! I would say about an inch, Eibach and FRPP are one of the more popular setups... Paired with shocks and struts makes a more complete smoother setup, I went with the Eibach Pro-Plus kit, and that was definitely one of the best mods I've done to my ride... I've had other cars which were lowered and was never really happy with what it did to ride quality, and I'm surprised how well this Mustang took the drop. It should have came like this from factory, the 4x4 stance don't look to good on a sports car

Between 1-2 anything less isn't really a drop and anything more and you'll have rubbing issues. I personally think about 1-1.5 is perfect

It depends how bad it is. On an Audi A8, it wil.not do much.

On ours, with dirty bottoms, it can help quote a bit.
