lowering

i want to lower my stang, whats a good hight to lower it so it wont scratch on everything not flat, what are some good springs, struts and shock to buy, also would coilovers be better? I am a dd but i want my car to be comfortable but sporty when i want it to or something in the middle

If you don't plan on tracking it, coilover's are overkill. I wouldn't go any lower than 1.25 inch if you want to keep from scraping things. I like what I have, see my sig, but there are lots of options out there. And yes, the search button is your friend.(go to advanced search)
