I say that to every 10 owner I see. I would have been pissed off if I had one and year after 5.0 comes out.

I almost purchased a 2010. I heard the 5.0 was coming back so I waited for the 2011. Was happy I did until they announced the boss 302.

*sigh* can't win them all haha.

Headlights not taillights. Or are you talking about headlights?

I have another LED question. So I purchased bulbs for the front turn signals to make them brighter before I tint the headlights. I insalled them and now I have the hyper blinking and also it cancelled out the sequentials.... anyone else done this or had this prob?

---------- Post added at 03:10 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:09 PM ----------

And also maybe it needs a resistor on it . None of my led have HAD to have them but never hurts and could help your problem , no promises though with out being there lol

No video but here is a pic. Need to switch out the side markers to red also. What all LED do you have? I bought the bulbs from xtralights.com
What kind of resistor do you think I would need? Its weird BC my reverse and plate light installed and function as they should without issue.....

After talking to customer service of xtralights, due to ordering wrong bulbs for bf trailblazer (thanks sylvania bulb guide for listing the wrong bulb #). I asked them about the issue and they said it does sound like I need a relay or resistor. Guess now its time to find out exactly what I need and get it.

Wow glad I guessed it rite lol

But I would google the bulb number and type resistor behind it and see what pops up. I don't think it really matters though as long as its small enough. But the lights look good .are they brighter ?

Luckily my bf works for an auto parts store and is going to bring me a flasher box tomorrow to test out. If that doesn't work then I'll have to splice some wires and add the resistor. They are a bit brighter than the filament bulb. The HIDs drowned out the filament bulb totally. Now I can actually see the turn signal. Lol

Couldn't find where the flasher relay is located. I have resistors but I got distracted making a Louisiana mustang shelf in the garage instead. Lol.

BINGO!!!! Resistors fixed the issue. Now I have LED/HID all the way around. Also managed to tint all exterior lights today too. Not happy with one of the tail lights (pre cut that was cut too short and couldn't get it to stretch enough so now I have a quarter inch gap around the outside of the lens) and also 3rd brake light (bf thought it would be neat to have black with mustang cutout... I would have preferred smoke like the rest of it). Next is interior lights.

Yep now officially all exterior LED and HID. Front turn signals require 3157 bulb plus a load resistor such as this one. http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/i...istor-kit.html there are also some companies that sell the complete kit like here http://www.americanmuscle.com/raxiom...gnal-0513.html (which I did not know before buying the bulbs that I would need a resistor)

Thanks for the links! I wanna do deep red LEDs for the turn signals so even tho my turn signals are orange colored the red will make the orange a redder color and brighter, u get me?

That is exactly what I did. Replaced with red led under the amber lenses and put smoke tint over them.
