Thanks!...Everyone I spoke with said 7/8 arent needed...just take up more room in an already tight area. Brenspeed did the install and they agreed and said 1 3/4 will support anything I ever wanted to do later on...

Probaly goin with a Roush or whipple. Brenspeed was telling me the Roush chargers wont make as much power on dyno but outperform cent blowers at the track. Says id be in 10.40 range in quarter, thats plenty for me lol. They have that same set up on one of their shop cars that runs that. Plus im not a fan of all the piping/intercooler stuff.... Just more weight.

I had the same idea but roush and wipple are more limited in power range. Paxton goes up to 1000 whp on a built motor. And 10.4 on just a roush sc is kind of pushing it, most on youtube are in the high to mid 11.
Try to get more info from different shops and ask around here we have alot of both FI.
IMO and research i have done paxton would be the winner

Somethings wrong with those guys then lol. Mine went 12.33 before headers/exhaust. My buddies car is same set up as mine except he has 3.73's and went 12.15 on factory tires! 11.50's in these cars is easy on motor w just bolt ons...any blower will put em in 10's all day with right driver/suspension/tires

Mine is a 6spd manual. These cars are fast if set up right. If mine doesnt go 11.50's w my new exhaust and bmr suspension I plan on buying I'll blow it up!!! Mine is a base GT also 3,480 vs 3,600lbs+ that some of the loaded cars weigh plus i weigh a buck40 lol. Look at the new 5.0 magazine that just came out...its all about 60' tech. That lil car runs 11.55 i think w bolt ons. I live about 2 miles from a 1/4 mile track so we'll see this spring! ....IF my clutch holds up!
