What would someone need to do to their mustang if they were to put on a roush blower kit? I'm guessing clutch and driveshaft? Will it need a free flowing exhaust?

Need? Well roush throws their TVS on a stock coyote motor, so nothing is NEEDED.

Oil pump gears are highly recommended for sure. I would worry more about suspension and traction than supporting power mods though. Wider tires, uca, lca and relo brackets

+1 on suspension upgrades. Also a brake upgrade is a good idea. I know I can feel the extra weight. Not much but it has a slight oversteer feeling when pushing hard in the corner. Might be cause of the loss of my strut brace. Won't know till I take care of it next spring.
