At the race shop, talking about adjusting suspension and the FedEx guy backs into my parked car!!! Unreal.

So..... What aftermarket bumpers are nice on a 13?

It was parked! They'd better. And they are FedEx, so I should get the parts delivered for free

Ugh that sucks. Is the bumper damaged or is it just paint scratched off?

Paint is scratched, and in some places you can feel it dug into the plastic. Not much, but I am going to fight for a new bumper and paint

Good luck, hopefully FedEx will hook you up.

Would the scoring in the bumper be noticeable with some paint? May be interested if you decide to get rid of the bumper, then I can get the taillight and some quad tips maybe

I'd have punched a baby.

Thankfully it's just cosmetic. I'd definitely get a completely new bumper out of it if you can.

You should get a bumper with no questions asked.. Let us know what aftermarket bumper you decide to get.

That doesn't look bad. They are gonna fight you to only pay to repair it. Your best argument is paint matching. Get yourself some repair estimates from the dealer and some high end body shops. Don't wait for FedEx to come to you.

I cannot find any aftermarket bumpers except one that is called 'boy racer'... That one ain't happening. It isn't that bad, but I didn't even have a dent or scratch on it. She is tainted now. Actually thought about a gt500 for a second... But then I saw the price tag.

The plastic if scraped, so I am going to push for a new bumper. FedEx guy had his manager come up to the shop. Manager told me to get it fixed where ever and they would take care of it. Now I am just looking for a shop that agrees, it needs a new bumper

Why would you put aftermarket parts on? Put original factory parts back on it. They caused the accident, let them make your car right.

Guess I was hoping to find an even better bumper. Like one with a flux capacitor in it or something

I'd say get the most you can for the repair and then maybe you can find a reasonable shop to do the repair and spend the rest of the money towards a rear valance?

That is what I was thinking too. I am so meticulous about my car though, worried about the paint job. Wasted energy tho, nothing I can do until I get the work done

Man I feel your pain I'd be sick to my stomach if that happened to me... The fact I don't have the factory finish would ruin the car for me, fortunately it was the rear, so when u get it repaired, your not more prone to rock chip tearing up your repaired bumper since repaint is never as strong as what comes to factory

Just do your homework on the shop you end up taking it to and take your time examining the repair. Don't take your car home until you're completely satisfied.
