Manufacturer Recommended Tire Load Index... does it really matter?
Looking at a pair of 285/35R19 max performance summer tires for the rears... going staggered. Most in this tire size range are load index rated at 99(1,709lbs.). The manufacturer recommends 100(1,764lbs.). Is it a big deal going a bit lower than Ford's recommendation?
The fronts will stay at 255/40R19. Thanks in advance.
