Looking for all season, summer tire, racing tires? What do you want out of your tire? Smooth and quiet or sticky?

a good all season tire for hooking up at the drags and still get some life out of them.

Honestly, there's not really an all season AND racing tire, it's really one or the other

+1

Best bets for all season...
Bridgestone RE970AS
Michelin pilot sport AS plus
Conti extreme contact dws

I currently have the PS As+. About the same as the Bridgestone (older model re960as).

Enough grip in very cold weather to allow me to have total confidence.

Pilot super sports were amazing during Houston summers.... (And in rain)... But very jittery below 50 degrees... Especially when tread has worn down some.

Start with tirerack.com and then expand your search if you dont find a tire/price you like. I decided on Cooper RS3-As (not on tirerack) for A/Ss that will perform well on road courses (havent bought yet but reviews are great), but Id get a dedicated tire for drag.

Just ordered a pair of continental dws for the wife's car. Supposed to be a decent all around tire. Also was one of the few available in the width I wanted (295)

Mine are Michelin Super Sport. Great tires. The best one that I have used. Expensive. But you get what you paid for.
