Can't decide on the right rims! Need some ideas. Price doesn't matter.

The forgestar cf5 weigh 24.8 lbs each, the vossen cv3 weighs about 35 lbs each. That's an additional 40 lbs of rotating mass and $1-200 more per wheel

And when I weighed the Forgestar CF10s--(size 19x9)--they were about 23.6 lbs each

I think the cf5 19x9 is the same, that 24.8 lbs was a 19x10

You're probably right. Though I prefer 10-spoke rims over five spokes personally

Send a message via AIM to SpectorV
check with Vossen, CCW, and True Forged (I have True Forged and know the owner if you want to contact him)

True Forged Wheels
Vossen Wheels World Tour / Asia Pacific 2013
Complete Custom Wheel - Home

See what style best fits you can go from there. Most custom wheels run 600 and up per wheel based on what you get done, 1, 2, or 3 piece, color options etc.

I have forgestar F14 and it's probably one of the best rims I've ever owned. You wouldn't be dissapointed.

I have the same color GT as you and I have been thinking of the RTR's from American Muscle. They are pretty light at 28lbs too. I am also looking at the same type from Ford Racing, but they are very expensive. This is a pic from their website. BTW we both live in Ontario, are you driving yours this winter?
