Will these boss headers from Kooks fit the gt without any mods? 60-42-CATH-302-BOSShttp://www.kookscustomheaders.com/lib/sarp.php?func=show&src=../photos/productphotos/Boss_H-pipe_w_Coyote_headers_copy.jpg Thanks for any answers.

I would say yes. I am also thinking about getting the side exhaust with my LT and o/r h pipe.

So, full bolt on, NO TUNE required? What advantage is there with these headers versus the stock GT headers?

Probably not a lot like any other mod that's no tune required would be my guess...

You still need a tune because the LT's will move your cats further down stream and its causes the o2 sensors to read incorrectly. It will still throw a cel code

No worries, I was just making sure I was correct in my thoughts about headers. I like that set up and the side pipes, could be a nice mod on mine. Just not sure about the tune. I need to see what Ford says they can do with a tune.
