Why do you want to know? And they are both great for different reason and it depends on the year as to which I would get, too vague of a question for a straight answer

The 99-01 Cobra's are different from the 2003-2004 Cobras. They don't make a Whipple for the 99-01's and the Kenne Bell kits for those have been discontinued.
So it's down to the 2003-2004 Terminator. My vote is for the Whipple. On my Mach 1 I sold to buy my 2011 I had a Procharger, then a Kenne Bell, and finally a 2.3 Whipple. My Whipple was meant for a 2003-2004 Cobra but I made it work on my Mach 1 by basically doing what they call an Eaton swap. And I was the first to do it. My Whippled Mach made 718 rwhp and 735 rwtq @ 25.5 lbs of boost. The Whipple was leaps and bounds better than the KB.

Thanks and no my current car will not have as much money thrown away into it like the last one. Apparently my daughter is dead set on college.
