Look what i got yesterday

Couldn't be more happy. I love driving it. Ive done some mods so far as you can see but nothing major. Redline Quicklife Tuning Struts, shift knob, and 5.0 floor mats. I also am going to do change the emblems from chrome to the matte black ones i ordered from AM. I also have a drake black 4" shorty antenna im going to install when the bezel tool you need gets ship (its on backorder).

Very Nice! I want the black matte emblems too.. Do you know if removing the stock emblems will leave a hole or is it just glued on?

Idk im quite confused on that as well. From the knowledge i gathered and to my understanding, the 5.0 emblems are attached with some sort of double stick tape however there is holes behind them to act as a "guide" so they are straight. the matte black emblems i purchased just have the 3M double sided tape on them but if i apply them to the same spot at the old 5.0 emblem the holes will be covered up, if that helps! Im putting them on tomorrow and post some pics and let you no how it goes.

Not sure if they do/don't but I'll let y'all know. Ordering the 5.0 emblems today along with the rear (both black). Also thinking of this (pic), but listed for the 12's so I contacted the company to see if a 13 version is coming and/or if it would fit. For now I just plasti'd it all black to be sure I liked it.....

Sharp ride, I think the Chrome 5.0 will look better with your wheels. Do you know the brand of your louvers and side scoopes?

They look like the actual Ford ones. The OEM ones you can get installed by Ford when you buy the car.

We shall see. I eventually want to go with either black or charcoal wheels down the road. And nosympathy was correct. They are the ford oem window and side louvers.

Just got back from a nice hour cruise around town enjoying this 50 degree weather here in northern jersey and did some highway pulls. These 5.0s really has some balls haha. Anyways, The 14 has holes as seen in the picture above. These r the matte black badges from American muscle. I really like how they look. They match the satin black OTT stripe really well. These simple "mods" really do alot for the look of the car, as least in my opinion. What do you guys think?

PS: going to plasti dip the vents tonight.

I've heard some people say they do and some they don't If i were to guess i would say they do since there wasn't much change at all from 13 to 14.

Looks good! I really need to do this myself! I am putting my 2013 acquired blacked out deck lid panel on my car next week and then all I really have to switch out to finish deblingifying the car is the 5.0 badges. I need to order this from AM!

Nice i bet the decklid is going to look awesome. American Muscle has the matte black ones which i got because it matched the stripe nicely. However, they also have a gloss black badge which is also another alternative.

Dremels can get pricey but thats a tool thats good to have in the garage, youll never no what youll need it for and they can come in handy. WIth that being said I had to order a $25 bezel installation tool thats STILL on backorder from early march which i will literally only use ONCE for my scott drake shorty antenna and thats it.

I agree with ya. I think I'm going to get the Dremel 3000. $70 bucks ain't bad and I know I'll use it a lot. Yeah I hate buying tools like that. You really will never use it again. Doesn't even cost enough that it is worth selling haha.
